Muslim Vision's vision is a world in which Muslims successfully enter the professional world and become the best employees, leaders, and founders. Where they know what they want and where they want to go. Where they do what they are supposed to do because Allah has given them unique abilities (ni'ma) which have been identified and the divine (ilahi) potential can be fully developed.

A world in which Muslims can appear self-confident in Europe and do not have to feel inferior, but live out their personality with self-confidence. A world in which they live their faith publicly, even see it as a strength and use it. A world in which Muslims no longer have to be afraid of discrimination and exclusion.

A world in which they sow their seeds ('amal) in the best possible way (preparation) and know that everything that happens after that depends on Allah's (swt) will and is for their benefit (hayr). A world in which Muslims in Europe experience equal opportunities, no matter what their social and economic background, because they do exactly what Allah has chosen them to do on earth. A world in which Muslims become valued specialists and executives in Europe and are therefore role models for other Muslims and Non-Muslims alike. A world where dunya becomes a seed field for the hereafter and Allah (swt) grants and increases their wealth there. A world where Muslims find satisfaction in their jobs and become the light in their parents' eyes. A world in which Muslims in Europe found and lead large (Muslim) companies of tomorrow. A world where Muslims connect with each other and build and strengthen communities. A world where Muslims have the courage to go their own way.
